Prakash Gurung, Wine & Spirits Education Trust Certified is an industry professional with over 11 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
Through his career in the wine industry, he has earned the Wine and Spirits Education Trust Advanced Certification and he has passed a Diploma in Restaurant Management from the University of Cape Town. He is also certified by Appleton Rum Estate, Jamaica and Habanos Academia, Cuba.
He has worked with some of the luxury hotel brands in four different continents like: Four Seasons Bahrain – Wolfgang Puck Outlets, Royalton Jamaica, Rosweood Abudhabi La Cava, Kempinsi Muscat, Westin Gurgaon and Marriott Kathmandu.
Presently, he is associated with Kathmandu Marriott Hotel, Naxal as a Restaurants & Bars Manager.
